There appear to be at least 3 committee nominations that were not included in the AGM agenda. I am aware of at least 2 people who had resigned from the committee but had never rescinded their nominations. Why were these omitted?

In short:

  • After the session, the Chair and Treasurer were forwarded a list of people who all nominated and then subsequently resigned from the committee.
  • The Secretary confirmed receipt of these resignations once the list was forwarded for review – they were not included on the original message.

The committee can not discuss nominations with anyone other than the nominator or the nominee.

Owners are welcome to nominate ‘from the floor’ at the AGM for the available ordinary member positions.
